“Identification of Causal Drug Targets.”

At biotx.ai, we are building a comprehensive causal map of the human genome to decode disease biology across more than 3,000 diseases. Leveraging over 9,500 GWAS datasets, our approach systematically identifies novel, causally validated drug targets for the pharmaceutical industry. By applying GPU-powered large-scale Mendelian randomization and advanced machine learning, we annotate all ~23,000 human genes for their causal impact on diseases and biomarkers. This enables a new level of evidence-based target discovery and supports more precise, data-driven clinical trial design.
